Cheng Weiping   Chairman

graduated from Northeast Electric Power University

majoring in power engineering communication. The DC power products that he was engaged in the research and development in the early stage have won the bid in the national power system for many times. After that he began to participate in research and development work of electric vehicle chargers since 2008 and became the inventor of the first double-gun and multi-gun patent in China, and has obtained 11 patents.

Li Guofeng   Professor , doctoral tutor

is currently working at School of Electrical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology. The main research directions include intelligent detection and information processing of electrical equipment, high-power arc smelting power and control systems. He successively chaired and participated in a number of scientific research projects such as the National Thirteenth Five-Year Plan, the National High-Tech Research and Development Program, the National International Science and Technology Cooperation Project. The research results have passed many national acceptance and appraisals. He has published more than 50 papers, including more than 30 SCI/EI search papers and more than 10 invention patents.

Yan Rongjiang    Professor

currently serves as Director of R&D Department of Dalian Luobinsen. With strong software and hardware dual research and development capa-bilities. Has been responsible for or participated in the study of multiple power application infrastructure projects. It is also the first domestic researcher to introduce programmable single-chip peripheral interface device PSD technology. has developed a variety of SCM application system modules, has a strong technological advancement and economic practicality.

Wang Zhiqiang     Associate Professor

currently working at School of Electrical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology. Mainly engaged in special power status control and application and electrical equipment insulation status assessment research. He successively chaired and participated in various vertical and horizontal projects inclu-ding the national "863" project, the National International Science and Technology Co-operation Project. He has published more than 20 papers, including 14 SCI/EI search papers, 10 patents and software copyrights.

Liu Zhigang   Ph.D.

in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, is currently working as project manager of the Dalian Luobinsen R&D department. It is one of the earliest research workers in the European standard charging pile communication protocol. He has presided over and participated in research and development of several major projects such as industrial wireless control, high-power DC power modules, high-voltage power supplies. Is an excellent scientific research worker for domestic high-power fast charging technology.
